Welcome to the official website for the The Mission Viejo Cowboys. The Cowboys proudly serve the communities of Aliso Viejo, Lake Forest, Foothill Ranch, Laguna Hills, Mission Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita, Portola Hills, Ladera Ranch, Las Flores, Coto de Caza, Trabuco and Dove Canyon.

We are so proud of all our football and cheer teams! Our athletes, coaches and parents represent Mission Viejo with pride, leadership and sportsmanship throughout the season. Thank you!

To register to become a Cowboys' Football Player or Cheerleader please click on the Registration tab and follow instructions. Teams fill up fast. Don't delay! We place kids on teams on a first paid, first placed basis. Registration will soon be underway for the 2009 season. Please check back in a week or two for updated information.

2009 Apparel Sales - Pre-Order Forms

Please note we will be taking Pre-Orders for Apparel Sales this year. Order will be returned at Equipment Hand-out if they are placed by Physicals. Please see the attached link for the Apparel Order form.

For the Women - you have the option to "Bling" most items - just add the Bling option for each item you would like to have this added to. 

 

Make-Up Physicals

If you were unable to get your physical done on Physical's Day you can contact the Doctor's office to make an appointment and still get the same great low price. Before going to the doctor please contact your Team Mom or Head Coach to get the contract to take to the Doctor. You will then need to get that form back to your Team Mom or Head Coach. Remember no child may participate until this is done.

West Football Camp & MV Cowboys

Are you looking for a way to help get your child ready for the upcoming football season? Come and join in the fun and intensity of West Football Camp hosted by the Mission Viejo Cowboys. This is a great camp to help give your athlete an edge to starting the football season. It happens right before we begin. You will get a discount if you register before July 1st or if you register for both camps. Please call them if you have any questions. Hope to see you there! Click on the Camps tab above to download the registration form "2009 WFC - WEST FOOTBALL CAMP".

If you would like to play by credit card click on the Registration link and then the Player/Adult Login. Enter your user id and password and click on Make Payments. Please put WFC and your child's shirt size in the Comments Section (i.e. WFC - Youth Medium). Mail the completed registration form and confirmation of payment to the PO Box.

You may register for the Cowboys at any time using the online system by going to the Registration tab and following the directions. However if you prefer to register in-person or if you have questions that you would like to be answered in person we have scheduled the following dates to do so.  

All athletes that register online will still need to go to an in-person registration/payment and weigh-in their child prior to placement on a team.  Please register on-line prior to coming to weigh-in if possible.

Cheerleading Registration

Do you want to be a real Cheerleader and cheer for games as well as compete? Register to be a Cowboys Cheerleader and become a part of the winning tradition. You will cheer for games every Saturday as well as perform in a couple of Cheer Competitions.

This year we will be having a graduated registration fee to award those that register early. Here is the breakdown:

The first 100 cheerleaders - $160 - Expires 6-1-09
After that $210 - Expires 7-24-2009
After 7-24-2009 the price will be $250.

Registration Information

Practice begins on Monday, July 27, 2009. We are now accepting registration for all football and cheer teams. You may also register online. You have the option to pay by credit card or mail in a check if you choose. Click on the Registration tab above and complete the player/cheerleader registration section. If paying by cash please do so in person. As always registration is honored on a first paid, first placed basis so if you choose to mail in payment please realize that your child's registration is not accepted until payment is received. The Cowboys have a "No Refunds" policy. 

We also require that all football players attend one of the in person registration to have an official weigh-in prior to placement on a team. Please make sure to come to the first available. This is required for new and returning athletes.

Registration amounts are as follows:

Future League (Flag) - $150
Football (Tackle) - $320

Cheer (all ages) - $110 to the first 50 sign-ups; $160 for the next 50; $210 for the next 50; $250 for all others. - Please look to the Cheer Registration Information for deadlines.
